Hi,
I have a shopping cart with lunar pages, and would like to start adding some yoga video downloads to sell. Currently I am set up with ZenCart, and paypal.  Is there a way for someone to purchase the download, through this system, and then be presented with a downloadable zip file? The videos are about 25 minutes long in real time, so they are a long download. Each video would be sold separately.

This would depend on the script.

Generally, you would need a script that can do the following:

1. Allow user to place digital download item in shopping cart.
2. connect to paypal to get payment
3. either redirect to the download url after payment is made, or send user an email that would include a download url, and possibly a username / password to use.

This would really depend on your script, and as you are using zencart I would recommend contacting zencart developers to see if they have this functionality within the shopping cart.

If not, perhaps someone else may be able to recommend a script that has the functionality you require?

I know that osCommerce has a digital download feature, but setting up osC is not for the faint of heart (see recent topic(s) on best carts for beginners). There are also commercial services such as lulu.com and payloadz.com who will, for a percentage of the cost, handle everything for you, including storage, payment collection, and setting up a secure download. You don't even need a shopping cart or payment system -- just your sales/catalog page that points to them.
