Hi there.

I am not happy at all about the support and the servers config. I have been a customer for almost a year, and now I just need to get some upgrades and it's all *.

OK FIRST ::

You wanted to charge me 15$ for a * CSR Certificate. LOL I have asked my SSL Provider, and they DID it for me FOR FREE!!! it took 15 Mins. *?

Now
you want to charge me 30$ for around 4 click and reboot of Apache server. * is that ? a joke ??

I know that this need a technician, but why a damn 30$ for this??? This is only for support...

I really mad about that KIND of $upport.

Welcome to our forums here, happy to have you.  Please watch the adult language, as we like to keep this place a family friendly place for webmasters of all ages to learn from.  If you have a Dedicated SSL Certificate that you have purchased from another provider, we can install that for you as an alternative. We charge $14.95 to generate the CSR needed for the third party certificate and a $29.95 installation fee to install the certificate once received. A Dedicated IP is also still a requirement when installing third party SSL certificates.

If you could, please provide me with your ticket number and I'd be happy to check and see that everything that can be done is being done to get this resolved for you.  Thanks!
