When one specific person tries to send an email to me on my lunarpages account, they get this message:

Reason: Remote host said: 550 Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

They don't have a problem sending to anyone else, and it doesn't appear that I have a problem getting email from anyone else.

Does anyone know what the cause of the error might be?

Did you ever get this resolved? I'm getting the same message, from only one person, a CUSTOMER. I submitted a support ticket, but wanted to check things out in the meantime.

No, it was never resolved.  The person who I was having trouble getting email from hasn't had to send anything to me lately.

I suspect that the mail has some slight misformatting on the senders end and that LP is somehow checking the format in a way that the vast majority of email systems don't.  But I'm just guessing.
