I have a question regarding my email. I am using Neomail that came with my webspace. It seems I have gone on a mailing list for scammers in West Africa as I am getting several of those emails a day promising me millions of dollars if I will just send them all my bank account info. Yeah, right.

I see we have the "Spam Assassin" option and I know that is good. I saw we had to use somethng else to access those emails that are blocked but I just don't understand any of that stuff so I didn't click to activate it for fear that I would not be able to access all my mail.

Is there a simple set of instructions that anyone can follow, to be able to activate Spam Assassin and be able to control it?

Oh, and why do I see HTML is off? I use a lot of HTML and I am sure I activated it whilst filling in my profile.

Hi Tony,

You will only be able to use BBCode in Lunarforums.  I am not certain why they give us the option in the profile setup/registration to use HTML as it is deactivated by default on this forum, so no-one is able to use it.

About Spam Assassin, you can set up a Spam Box (which is another option in CPanel's Mail area) to catch all these spam emails rather than having them automatically deleted.  You would access the spam box in horde or using IMAP in an Email client like Outlook.

Thanks Miraenda, I'll go look for the spambox a little later and see if I can make any sense of it. I'm good at some stuff, still learning other stuff.

Miraenda I went and started to try using Horde and found all my folders already there. I will only need to move the contents of my address book over. I found that place to block address and redirect them. Thanks a million!
