What's going on this morning? Tried from multiple ISPs to check email via POP. The error returned by the server is:
Server Response: '-ERR Sorry cannot find an owner for that domain (dynamicstatic.com)'
Just me?

Hmm your domain and mars come up normally on pings.
I'm also getting real good ping times from mail.dynamicstatic.com

I'm on mars, as well, Pete. Odd. I sent a support ticket in with an OFFSITE email address, so at least I'll get a response.
TWebMan: The server is there. I can telnet to it and pass a username and password. The error message indicates that it pretty well doesn't think I exist.

Further info:
I can log into Cpanel fine. I can see the accounts in Cpanel fine. I tried resetting the passwords in Cpanel, the change was accepted, and the issue still occurs.

Three on Mars having issues of the same variety. Pretty clear it's not user error, then.

I can log in with my admin account without the domain name, but none of the user accounts can log in.
Strange

Hi,
After Pete brought this to my attention, I found out from Stephanie that the Mars server had some corrupted scripts that needed to be fixed. She was working on it, and it should now be resolved. Please let us know if you have any further difficulties with this.
I hope this information is helpful.

Hi teriwyn,
Yes, Pete let me know in PM that the issue is still occurring. Jay is looking at the issue now as well. I will update everyone here once I have further information.
Thanks

Also, please let me know if any of you have a red message at the top of CPanel about your default contact for the account needing to be set. CPanel was upgraded last night for many servers, and the default email needs to be reset. I don't know if this is causing some issue on Mars, but I simply want to check if this is the case on your accounts and once you set it, if this issue resolves. To set the default, click on the word here in the last line of the paragraph.
Thanks
