The website loads fine, but /webmail won't load. It's been like this for almost 24 hours, so if it keeps up I'll submit a ticket. I wanted to know if others are having trouble too though.

What server are you on or what is your primary domain name?

No notes on any issues with the server and I can login via Roundcube and Squirrelmail to both the cpanel username email account and a test email account I created. Try disabling your firewall software for a few minutes to test. Ports 2095 and 2096 need to be open for webmail.

Thanks Katrina

I tried from a friend's house and it works fine, not sure what's up with this connection since I tried from a laptop and desktop and it still won't work, so I don't think it's the software firewall.

Hi,

If you are on a regular cPanel server and you can login to cPanel and see website this might be related to your firewall/ISP/router. Try rebooting your router and see if it helps.

You also want to verify that you can indeed access cPanel. If, you are not able to access cPanel email support and provide them with a traceroute and your ip address you can obtain it by visiting http://www.ipchicken.com

If, you can access cPanel, then the alternate choice is to use your domain address E.G. http://somedomain.com/webmail  what this does is allow the servers portal see to which port is best suitable for your connection and you will be able access webmail without issues.
