I activated spamassassin, then i activated the spam folder, then i read several posts on here trying to find the spam email folder to no avail.  then i googled it and still cannot see the spam folder after reading all that.

should this not be easier?  

i do not want to just grab the folder contents with my third party email client because i want to keep the spam folder cleaned out.  If I must do that then fine.

Where the hell is this stupid spam folder at.   i loged into my domain email from cp. then i go to horde email, and i looked all over and it is not there.   Does the activation for spam folder from cp even work?

Just please tell me where i can find this folder please.   Thanks.    Please be litteral as I do not want  have to read IMAP documentaion and all that stuff for a nother few hours to make this work, ill just turn the stupid thing off and be done with it.


Let us start here.. I am sitting at my cp and i click on Mail.. now what?  thanks, sorry for getting upset but this is nuts to make it this hard.

If you have received any spam, it should have been created in the list of folders under "Mail". To see it in Squirrelmail or Horde, you have to subscribe to it with the Folders button. To see it in an email client, you must be using IMAP.

thanks katrina1 appreciate that reply, so basicially until i recieve any spam i will not have a folder correct.  I will check often to see if i have that folder or not then i can subscribe to it correct?

Yes. I tested it and when the first spam email arrived, the folder was created automatically. It should automatically become visible in Horde once you start receiving spam. For other email clients like Squirrelmail and Roundcube, you may have to subscribe this folder explicitly by going into folder options. You can also configure spambox in POP3 as well according to the official guidelines available
here.

If you cannot wait, you can just forward a spam to your account to test it as well or create the folder manually.
