I tried it and it seemed to accept the data. What exactly is it doing wrong?

I just sent you a contact from the form. Name: MrPhil, email: eat@joes.com, phone: 123-456-7890, message: "Test message, per posting on Lunarforums. See my reply there." If you don't receive this, do you get anything? What canned contact form are you using to send contact information to you? If it's sent by email, perhaps your server is blocked as a spam source (contact abuse@lunarpages.com with as much information as you can). Does your site get any bouncebacks from email systems?
