Is it possible to set up my LunarPages server to download all new eMail from my ISP (pop.west.cox.net), say, every 15 minutes or so? If so, how would I go about doing that?

I suspect it would involve a cron job, but I'm a wee bit clueless in that department Embarassed

(edit) Incidentally, I want to do this so ALL my eMail is run through SpamAssassin no matter what computer I'm on. Also, my stinky ISP refuses to forward eMail automatically for some reason. Smile

You may be able to find a script at www.hotscripts.com that might help you out. Just setup a cron job (never done it myself) to run it every 15 mins.
