Name Server: NS2.DYNAMICNAME.COM NS1.DYNAMICNAME.COM

Those are correct, but I'm not sure why its showing the server as Microsfot IIS - because thats not the case at LP.

Aren't you supposed to use Name Servers NS2.LUNARPAGES.COM and NS1.LUNARPAGES.COM now?  Does it matter in this case?

I'm just a rabble rowser and love to question everything.... Ner Ner

ns1 and ns2.dynamicname.com were the old nameservers.

Both dynamicname.com and lunarpages.com will work. All new customers are being asked to use the lunarpages.com ones.

It is not neccessary to switch either way at the time Smile

how come I can go to www.northtechconsulting.com then if that is the case?  the other hosting company isnt hosting it, lunarpages is.  Should I change the DNS on the other hosting company to match their servers again, wait a couple days, then change it back to the lunarpages dns servers?  What are the P dns servers addy's?

ns1.lunarpages.com and ns2.lunarpages.com are the correct LP DNS addys. However ns1.dynamicname.com and ns2... will also work for LP.

Did you want to try sending me a test email?

ns1. and ns2 serve LP's DNS system.

If you do a dns request with them you will find that it works.
