When I send myself test messages, I get a bounce that says this:

The original message was received at Mon, 16 Feb 2004 09:15:14 -0500 (EST) from cpe-68-114-59-83.vt.charter.com [68.114.59.83]

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <cameron@northtechconsulting.com>
    (reason: 550-mxsf12.cluster1.charter.net [209.225.28.212] is currently not permitted to)

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to northtechconsulting.com.:
>>> DATA
<<< 550-mxsf12.cluster1.charter.net [209.225.28.212] is currently not permitted to <<< 550-relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap <<< 550-server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on <<< 550 in your email client. 550 5.1.1 <cameron@northtechconsulting.com>... User unknown <<< 503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA

What does this mena?  I don't get messages, but I CAN log into my webmail and check it.  How come it isn't accepting any emails that come in?  I have tried testing it from different email servers, so it doesnt appear to be a sender issue.

caminator, this sounds like it might be cppop.cache related since you are having problems receiving emails.  Just to check if this might be the case, look at this previous posting about it:

You can follow Amy's advice to delete the files if you find them in the mail folder (in Cpanel's File Manager there is a folder at the same level as public_html called mail).

If there isn't a file there called that, email support@lunarpages.com to ask them about it.  Also, provide the full error message and header if what you just provided above isn't the full header.
