Author Topic: Email forwarders cant be deleted  (Read 6319 times)

I setup 2 email forwards using the CPANEL. Both of them were redirected to the same email account. They work without any issues, but it is time to delete them. I deleted the two email accounts and I remove the two forwarders ... but they are still active.

Every time that I click on delete, the screen flashes and it does not delete the forwarders... I figure it was just a glitch but it does not delete anything.

Help.

You should contact your hosting provider to check the mail logs and sort out the problem.

In order for your issue to be resolved i would advise you to flush you browser cache by deleting the temporary files and cookies , restart your browser and then reload the page .
