First I would like to say that we have been a very happy client for quite awhile. Clapping

Now that we have some more advanced sales guys in our company, they would like to keep there clients updated on new things and promos.  Problem is this email limit.  We use Goldmine and they email directly to there clients so this php scripty thingmie will not work for us.  Is there anyway to expand on the limitations of 20/minute 200-300/hour?  These guys are selling in territories that are 4+states and doing it at that rate will take forever.

I will take any and all suggestions on how to expand on the limitations, we are not spammers but we also are not selling to local communities only.

Thanks,

Chuck Help

You could sign up for a bulk email service for a reasonable fee or you could upgrade your account to server that has higher email limitations. The email limitations are not only to prevent the servers from being used for spam but to protect the other customers on the servers from suffering service degradation from excessive resource usage.

Are the emails your sending out all the same when you do send?

You could always setup a mailing list , phplist is recommended, then setup throttling to something like 5 emails a minute.

If you do this, then you only need to send one email to the mailing list, and it will proceed to send out copies of the email to those on your mailing list throughout the day.

Granted, it may take a bit of time depending on your email list size to send out all emails, however you do not have to spend the time yourself sending out the emails.
