when I logged in this morning to CPanel, in red letters was this

No contact email has been set. You will be unable to recieve notifications or reset your password if you do not set a contact email address.

Can someone tell me what it means?

Hi txhermit1,

You would simply need to click on the word here at the end of the last sentence of the paragraph.  This resetting of the default account is due to the CPanel upgrade last night for many of the servers.  Once you set the default, the message will no longer appear.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Nope, you didn't do a thing wrong.  I know, red letting on CPanel can be pretty scary to see...I did a double take myself when I logged into my account and saw that.
