In another thread somebody mentioned that "Lunarpages has sending limit of 20 emails per minute." Could somebody point me towards some documentation on the topic since I can't seem to find it anywhere?

The only documentation on it is in the forums. There is a limit of 600-800 an hour. If you email support@lunarpages.com they can probably give you more details.

I personally have never had any problems with the 20/min message.

Thanks, Ed. I'll follow up with support. This is something that definitely should be documented somewhere and probably even included in the TOS agreement.

We do not at this time ratelimit any accounts. You can send as many emails as you want.

However, we have built in detection for you sending out spam Smile

Max - Thanks for the authoritative answer. I will not be sending out any spam as I would sooner eat glass on a street corner for my lunch money. I *do* want to be able to tell my clients who host with LP that their business mail will not be throttled in any way. Now I can do so.
