I am using Outlook at Home and at Work, I went into webmail because I couldn't use Outlook, now I can't receive those messages to outlook, because I assume it thinks I have read them on the server.

Is there a way of Synchronize what is in Outlook and what is on the server?

Another question I have is before I was told about "Leave a copy of the message on the server" , the messages were being deleted after I either looked at them at home or at work, how can I Synchronize My home outlook, my work outlook and webmail?
