I just tested the email to
support@lunarpages.com. It was successfully sent to them and I received a confirmation email to that effect. Did you receive a confirmation email after the bounce saying you'd submitted a ticket? The new system generates information based on what you use for the email to provide a new username and password for future tickets. Is there any reason such as a firewall that you might be going through that could be affecting the message? I don't understand the pipe command well, but I am certain it is script related. Hopefully, someone else has an idea what is causing this.
