i've gone through the search and since I'm on a Mac, I can't use the only solution I've found here: Mojo Mail or something like that. Here's my problem hope someone can explain to me why I'm retarded

I'm trying to send a complex html email through either Outlook or Entourage (neither will work) I receive and view them fine from others but can't seem to send one here's some of the code from one I received:
MIME-Version: 1.0
Date: Thu, 5 Feb 2004 17:25:08 GMT
Content-type: text/html
Subject: ACLU Online: Seeking Justice for Detained Immigrants; SAFE Act Viability
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>ACLU Online: Seeking Justice for Detained Immigrants; SAFE Act Viability</TITLE>
</HEAD>
and here's mine after I sent it to another one of my email accounts:> This message is in MIME format. Since your mail reader does not understand
this format, some or all of this message may not be legible.
--B_3159090212_2917468
Content-type: multipart/alternative; boundary="B_3159090213_2917483"
--B_3159090213_2917483
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"
Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>:::: Cultural Unity :::: Cultura Unida ::::</TITLE>
</HEAD>
this is just one of many I've tried with tons of different combinations.I've got a meta tag in the html that says content="text/html however, I read somewhere that email programs don't recognize meta tags - so I'm stuck trying to figure this out. I've tried Horde, Entourage, and Outlook and gone through all the options and preferences - could someone just give me some html they know works and give me some simple steps in sending it? I even pasted the code from the one I received fine and it still won't work!
