I'm unable to access my webmail from some locations because it works on port 20082 and im behind a firewall. I've got my own installation of Roundcube already up on my domain but the only problem im having is with the database... i know the database is installed on another server but im unsure of what the database name is that the email is on by default. Does anyone know the defauly mail database name?

Just a question, why are you installing/trying to install your own version of Roundcube?  Most LP servers should support that (via the control panel) by default.

The LPCP webapps section doesn't have an selection for a webmail client and the one provided runs off a port that i am unable to use at some locations because of firewalls. So I've installed my own client (its roundcube just like the kind LP uses) that doesn't need to use a port. Ive got everything set up I just need to know if there is a default database name for the mail. As far as i can see there is nothing in my LPCP database manager that would be for Email.

Well, yes - that is what I am wondering, since LPCP comes with Roundcube installed already - why do you want to be able to install it again?

Update:  Alright, after speaking with support, don't think this is going to be do-able via any of the shared hosting plans.  Chances are you'd need VPS or Dedicated before you could get access to everything that you would need.

Sorry, I guess I'm explaining it wrong. I dont really need to Re-Install it I just need to be able to install a new client so I do not use the port when attempting to access my webmail.

Ok, one other question I have... If i wanted to access my database for my Email... how would I go about doing that. The database isnt listed in the LPCP

That wouldn't be something you are given access to via the shared hosting plans, at this time.
