ok, so lunarpages people told me that aol users are complaining about spam from my mailing list and at one point suspended my email. they said i got warnings, but i never did
this mailing list is for updates about my band (shows, merchandise, etc), and is not unsolicited commercial mail
regardless, i got the email restored, but i'd still like to have a mailing list - i realize the best thing to do is remove all aol emails, but they make up more than 50% of the mailing list!! and many of them are really important contacts...
so, anyone have any ideas on how to make sure that people who get on the list really really want to be on the list, and they not put there by someone else???
note1: i don't use lunar's mailman mailing list thingy....
note2: I HATE AOL!!!
