Seems like accounts on other servers are having this problem as well...

I've been using Horde for my e-mail for several years. Over the last few months it's become more and more difficult to use Horde, and today, for example, I've been almost completely unable to login to webmail at all - I just get an endless "waiting for pegasus.lunarpages.com" message. I've tried RoundCube and Squirrel, and they have the same problems. I've opened a support ticket, and they're trying to tell me it's a problem with my ISP - even though I've been unable to access the webmail from different machines on different ISPs (and there are no other problems with any other websites or functionality).

I need to get access to my mail throughout the day, so this is very frustrating...

That is very odd, has anything changed recently with your internet service provider - where they would be blocking this for any reason?  Might also try both the secure and non-sure version here:

http://wiki.lunarpages.com/Webmail

and also give the address with the server's name in it a shot to see if there is anything different or better in comparison.  Let us know how that goes, and I'm sure if anybody else has suggestions they'll share them with you here while support checks into this for you via the server side.

Thanks, MItch - that is a useful tip on reaching webmail that I didn't know about.

Unfortunately all the different methods of accessing are resulting in the "waiting..." message.

And as I mentioned before, I've tried this from different machines all on different ISPs with the same results on all of them, so the ISP can't be the problem.

Uhhh...no.

Same problem. It's always been intermittent - ran fine this morning, which I'm guessing is when they tried it...but this afternoon, I'm right back to either very slow loading (in excess of five minutes) or not loading at all.

Thanks for the update - I see your current ticket is awaiting a tech response, so I am sure they'll be more than happy to take another look at this and see what else might be the cause of the issue.
