Anyone else noticed not receiving email from lunar accounts for the last several hours? I'm on Andromeda.

Yea, It's been happening to me for two weeks now, I can mail just fine, but it never gets delivered - ever!

Hi trey333 (interesting username that lol) You should definitely email support at support@lunarpages.com as it sounds like you might have a cached cppop on the account that is causing this to happen. We have had a few other customers with the same issue arising, and the technicians are able to correct it if you email them to let them know about it. thanks

Trey333, I created a test email in your account and was able to send and receive successfully.
Please send in a support ticket with example email addresses of the emails that are not delivered. Do you get bounces or do they just disappear? They don'thjappen to be AOL addresses do they?

I may have miss-spoke eariler, any mail in my outbox goes out, but is never received on the other end. Example: My address is ( postmaster@vcyb.org) and I send mail to ( admin@vcyb.org). It's no longer in my outbox, but admin@vcyb never gets it. And as far as AOL, we all know the endless problems they can cause, but yes, aol is included.

trey333, please email support with the passwords to both those email addresses so we can look into it. You can change it temporarily and then when we're done looking at them, change it back.
We need to look into this further and need more details than I'd want you divulging in public.

Yours is all fixed. The problem had to do with a filter that was set up in your account. The tech changed it and pushed through your emails that were sitting in the queue so you should not have lost any of them. He'll respond via your ticket with the details.
