Ok, I have tried EMAIL support, but they told me to do what I had already told them I tried.
I have looked through the tutorials, and read quite a few posts here, but cant find the answer on this one.

I can log into my MAIN ACCOUNT webmail through CPanel, but can not log into any other. When I attempt to log into any of the others, I get a Page Not Found error.

Also, when I do log into my MAIN ACCOUNT, I can send mail, but can not receive. I have tried this with multiple webservices, but no luck.

Yes, I have also tried to link to the webmail through my browser, www.ArmyFOCUS.com/webmail (as well as all the other links stted here in the forum.) but still receive the Page Not Found.

Did I miss something?

I have also tried Outlook 2003 with no luck. With Outlook, I keep getting the error:

"Log onto incming mail server (POP3): The specified server was found, bt there was no response from the server. Please verify the port and SSL information is correct."

For my SMTP, log on using webmaster@armyfocus.com and password
Incoming server (POP3) : 110
Outgoing server (SMTP): 25
(Both Defaults)
have also tried...
Incoming 995
OutGoing 25
(Defaults with SSL encryption required)

Any ideas?

Try disabling the SSL option.

When you login to your 'other' accounts make sure to be using username@domain.com not just username.

If you are willing to trust me (I dont work for LP.. just a volunteer in the forums), you can setup a temp email account, and PM me the login and pass for it and I'll test it for you to see if I am able to connect.

Thanks for the help Kata, but just received the update from Lunarpages, and it now works great!
I have attached it below in case anyone runs into the same problem...and Thanks to you and Monica Love! You've saved me!  Thumbs Up  Applause

Hello,

Are you currently behind a firewall? You may want to try logging into your cPanel and webmail using:

Webmail: http://webmail.valina.lunarpages.com/

cPanel: http://login.valina.lunarpages.com/

As to sending mail to your accounts, it appears you set your default address to an email address which did not exist, and was formatted with capital letters. I have changed this back to your "main" account.

I set up a test address (**edited**@yourdomain.com; password: ******) which was able to send and receive normally via webmail and POP3. The settings used in Outlook are:

Username/Login: **edited**@yourdomain.com
POP3 Server: yourdomain.com
SMTP Server: yourdomain.com
"My server requires authorization" checked; settings: Use same as incoming server

When entering this information into Outlook, do not use capital letters. Our servers are Linux and therefore case sensitive.
(This was the problem that caused me to run around in circles, always thinking it was a wrong setting)

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask us, we will be happy to answer them.

You may want to:
1) Edit the post you just made with the email address and password (I'm unable to do it for you)
2) Delete the test account just in case someone decides they would like to use your account to mass mail Smile
