Are you currently behind a firewall? You may want to try logging into your cPanel and webmail using:

http://login.valina.lunarpages.com/As to sending mail to your accounts, it appears you set your default address to an email address which did not exist, and was formatted with capital letters. I have changed this back to your "main" account.
I set up a test address (**edited**@yourdomain.com; password: ******) which was able to send and receive normally via webmail and POP3. The settings used in Outlook are:
Username/Login: **edited**@yourdomain.com
POP3 Server: yourdomain.com
SMTP Server: yourdomain.com
"My server requires authorization" checked; settings: Use same as incoming server
When entering this information into Outlook, do not use capital letters. Our servers are Linux and therefore case sensitive.
(This was the problem that caused me to run around in circles, always thinking it was a wrong setting)
