any one have luck getting the auto email response on miva merchant to work.

mail.domain.com

But get this error after I purchase something from my store:

The Merchant Notification Email could not be sent at this time. The following error was encountered: Error connecting to 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xx': Connection Timed Out

I get this error twice...  Sad

Haha... support told me to post something on the forum because they didn't have an answer! lame!!!! Really getting frustrated with the support at lunar pages. Is anyone else getting little or no response?
