I am a little frustrated right now.  My office has been unable to SEND email for a little more than 36 hours from my lunarpages account.

So like a good little boy, I went online, started reading the forums, took another look at the tutorials, and double-checked all my settings. When none of that worked, I finally decided I needed to call Tech Support.

While sitting on hold for 5-8 minutes, a recorded message came on suggesting that if you are having trouble sending email you change your outgoing server port to 587.   Viola!  problem solved!  Applause

Can some please explain why this solution is not better advertised??  Confused  It might save you a few calls to tech support.

Just my $.02

It's not an LP problem. It's your ISP blocking port 25 (a common spam-fighting method). Have you checked the LP Wiki? I think it's mentioned in there. If not, bug them to add it.
