Hello

One email serveur of orange.fr has been blocked by spamcop. Orange is the leading FAI in France with close to 50% market share. This means in clear that half of French people can't exchange emails with lunarpages servers.

Why are you using a system like this to control incoming mails ?

Spam is a real problem, but blocking normal non-spam emails is even worst !

How can you fix this (please don't tell me that waitiing 3 hours will clear the issue, because the issue will come back again !) ?

I paid for being able to get emails from all around the world, not to get filtered emails.
Deciding what is spam, what is normal email is my responsibility, not yours.

Thanks
Nicolas
