Firstly, happy new year to each and all,
May this new year bring all your desire.

I have a couple of webmail issues and a question, I would be really grateful if someone could shed some light on these

I use a shared hosting "basic" package

one:
I am unable to access the webmail via http://HTTP://Mydomain/webmail as per instructions within the support pages here.

I have read other threads listed within and have tried opening ports 2095 and 2096, I have also tried with my firewall turned off, I simply get a 404 error ,

Any constructive suggestions?

Two:
I need a method of allowing users to be able to reset the default email account password without accessing my control panel

Three
Is it possible to run a script that will create X number of email accounts with sequential Account names and default passwords created ie: User00001 Pass123
or must they be created individually via the control panel?

Kind regards
Nom

These two links should help:

http://wiki.lunarpages.com/Custom_Webmail_Link_in_LPCP
http://wiki.lunarpages.com/Webmail

Login from your control panel first, and access the webmail from within there, make sure that works - and if so you just need to setup a simple redirection.

If your having problems even from within the control panel, I would recommend contacting support so they can look deeper into your account/situation.

On the topic of e-mail account creation, you will need to create each one, one by one, through the control panel interface.

Thanks!
