I didn't open up the individual files to look at them (I was mainly focusing on your problems).  The only two links that are accessible via your skyline site's homepage is "Home" and "Contact". The others ("How?", "Info", etc.) are all unlinked.

Also, I hate to tell you this, but when I went back to http://www.r34skyline.com/raceday to look at the pics you mentioned, I'm getting a "Page Cannot be Found" error.  

I deleted the whole raceday directory after they got it working, it was only there to test (I thought as you'd tested things you might have looked then...). The whole site was deleted at the start of this problem, as support killed it and recreated it to see if that would fix the problem. More things have to go back up soon... I just put raceday back if you want to have a look, I'll take it down again in half an hour or so..

And I've also got a response to my question re converting my addon to a full account, and the answer was no, I can't get a credit towards the new account from the addon I was swapping  (LP obviously prefer me to be paying the addon $2.50 per month rather than the $7.95pm...) (don't ask me!!)

To answer your questions, if you wanted to upgrade to a full account, the addon fee would not go toward the new account as that account would be separate from you current one. I apologize that this is the case that we do not credit addon domains from one account to another different account you might purchase. You can, however, use the addon domain space for another project or domain, of course. You would also need to let us know to cancel the addon domain renewal once you sign up for the new account so that you are not charged for it at the end of your billing contract for the new contract term.

Mind you, I'm within 30 days of ordering the addon (day 25), and given that it's only fully worked for a small percentage of that time, I could just ask for my money back under the '30-Day Money Back Guarantee'  and order a full one at the same time... Which I'm pretty likely to do...

To reiterate my observation before - the LP primary domains are great, good price, great features, etc etc. Don't go near the addons unless you are a lot more patient than me...

Hmm, mislead you (didn't intend to!) that's not me (I'm the guy behind the camera), that's (if I remember which ones I put up correctly) the young lady I was 'seeing' a bit of at the time. I've spent quite a lot of time in Japan (lived there a bit), and I now don't need to tell you why....

ian I apologize you had problems with yur add on domain and I am looking into the reasons.  But I can not remember a situation similar to yours.  Our add on domains work just fine.

I'm going to meet with the system admins on Tuesday and will bring this up for discussion to see if we can get to the bottom of this.
