Does anyone know how to authenticate on LP's smtp server using the default email account (cPanel login)?

I have one email forwarder and I want to set up Outlook so I can send through LP's smtp so the email comes from my forwarded email address. This worked before but I just can't seem to get it to work now. I thought it was...

Server: mail.domainname.com
User: cPanel Username
Pass: cPanel Pass

Help please Smile Thanks!

It is recommended that you use a valid email address as your outgoing SMTP user with its password for proper authentication rather than the default cPanel user. However, if you still need to use the main user, please email support [at] lunarpages.com and we will be more than glad to troubleshoot this further for you.
