Yes, you can add /webmail to the end of your domain and that should work.  There is also a link from the lunarpages main login site that would work as well.

Yes, use the whole email address if you just want to look at that one account.  If you want the ability to check all accounts at once, use your cpanel username and that password and (at least in Horde) you can see mail from all accounts.
