I am just curious to know if Lunar Pages plans on fixing whatever it is that causes webmail to go so slow, give errors, time out, etc..

I've submitted a support ticket a few times already, given them the ping log messages. They say they will fix it & it usually does go away but then it comes right back. I was told it has something to do with being on a shared server but i've been on share servers before with other hosts & never had this issue.

I really do enjoy Lunar Pages & all they have to offer but the email issue is just really annoying especially when i'm pressed for time & having to try to reply to messages & i either can't log in or i do but then i get a time out trying to reply, things like that.
