I know how to forward emails to another address that are being RECEIVED at one email address...but one of my users wants to have his assistant receive a copy of every email he sends out...and since he's sometimes on webmail and sometimes on a blackberry and sometimes on outlook, this has become complicated...hoping there's a simple way to do this...

That's the issue...I need it to work on the email address and not just on the email client...the user of that email address travels, and even when he doesn't travel, he accesses email from various computers...

There's got to be a way .

I've already recommended the Bcc'ing...but you know how people are these days .  He'd rather not have to remember to do anything else...and he'd like to not do anything else.
