I know how to forward emails to another address that are being RECEIVED at one email address...but one of my users wants to have his assistant receive a copy of every email he sends out...and since he's sometimes on webmail and sometimes on a blackberry and sometimes on outlook, this has become complicated...hoping there's a simple way to do this...

Thanks in advance for any help.

It could be setup inside of the e-mail client he might be using, not sure if there is a way to do this across any method though on the server side of things.

Thanks for your input.

That's the issue...I need it to work on the email address and not just on the email client...the user of that email address travels, and even when he doesn't travel, he accesses email from various computers...

There's got to be a way Sad.

Well I talked with support and they didn't have a method right off hand on how to do this.  I'll leave this open to discussion though just in case anybody else might have a suggestion.  Easiest way of doing this might just be to BCC via the e-mail itself each time.

Thank you for your help.

I've already recommended the Bcc'ing...but you know how people are these days Smile.  He'd rather not have to remember to do anything else...and he'd like to not do anything else.

Thanks again.  Hopefully someone can think of something to work this out.
