Cannot send emails

I am on the Gallifrey server. The server went down Sunday night but it was back up on Monday. Everything was fine, except today I cannot send emails- my emails get kicked back with the following error:

Gid 32455 is not permitted to relay mail, or has directly called /usr/sbin/exim
instead of /usr/sbin/sendmail.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or is this on my end only?

Also, when I click on Horde and get this:
A fatal error has occurred

Failed to import Horde configuration: Warning: importconfig(/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/conf.php) [function.importconfig]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Horde/Registry.php on line 874 Warning: importconfig() [function.include]: Failed opening '/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/conf.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php/:.') in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Horde/Registry.php on line 874

Any help would be GREAT!

Gallifrey has been totally restored (was earlier this morning) and all should be back to normal now. If you are still noticing issues with your hosting plan on the Gallifrey server please contact support@lunarpages.com and they will be more than happy to look into the situation for you. HELP!

I am on the Gallifrey server and cannot access webmail says something like server is full and ask the admin. to delete some files and had to shut down Cpanel for protection.
My sites are running really slow also.

It comes and goes. Can someone reassure that the problem will be fixed and not happen again, since the server has been down and in restoration process since Sunday night, I have lost over 6k in business.

I am on oberon and I cannot send email with my account using port 25, which has been set up and working for years.

On a hunch, I switched the port for the smtp server settings from 25 to 587 and now it is working.

Did Lunarpages change the outgoing smtp settings so that only port 587 works now, or is my ISP blocking port 25?
