Are you only having problems in Outlook? If you are, I would contact
support@lunarpages.com since it could be your cppop cache that is causing the issue. Mention details as specifically as you can, such as the fact it is Outlook that isn't downloading, that webmail is fine, etc. Also, please provide an email account address that is being affected by this as well as a temporary password to that account. Once we look into the issue, you can change the password back to its original.
