If in my Cpanel System status it says Exim-26 does that mean i have SMTP on port 26 as well to block some ISP's block on 25?

Yes, it does mean that you should be able to attempt to do that.  If it doesn't work, please let us know.

I do not see it in my account on apollo. Does it not have it there. Also, i have no need for 26 SMTP but i will when i get my laptop and am traveling useing dial-up Crying or Very sad internet at the hotels.

So is both sendmail and Exim used by LP. I know sendmail is usable.
