here's a simple one: how do users (not the site admin) access webmail?

sadly it does not.  "the page cannot be displayed"

Do I need to setup Neomail, Horde, or Squirrel as the admin via cpanel first?  can each user select which of these interfaces they prefer?

Yeah, Ed, it is a great thread.  I used it in a support ticket last night for someone asking how to access a specific webmail program rather than all 3 like you get with http://www.domain.com/webmail - Not that I want you to get a big head or anything
