I cant enable Spam Filter on windows hosting.

I was trying to enable the email spam filter in my windows plesk account but i dont have permisson to change it.
I found here in the forum that sometimes it says you dont have permison but you actually can change it if you click on it, but that doesnt work for me.

Hi george4,

Depending on the Windows shared server your account is on, you should be able to set your anti-spam settings by logging into your email account through SmarterMail > Settings > My Spam Filtering. They are not set directly in Plesk.
