Hi,

This is the SECOND time that I get to Neomail to receive the surprise that ALL my INBOX and SENT messages are gone.

I sent Lunarpages a message regarding this the first time it happened, and I didn't get a response.

Now, I want it, so I sent them a meesage.

Here in the forum, does anybody know what may be the reason of this problem?

Thanks,
Federico Fernández

Hi,

We respond to ALL tickets that come in.  If you didn't get a response, we didn't receive it.  If you can let me know the domain this is in reference to, I'll look into it.

I would also suggest you use a webmail programother than NeoMail, we've found that one to be the most glitchy.  I don't know what the problem is in this particular case but I'll look for your ticket on the desk and get back with you.

The other day the messages came back, but it happened again today..

Maybe Neomail deletes all message once one stores more than a certain amount of megabytes.

I'll start using Horde to see what happens.

Anyway, if Neomail is that buggy, Lunarpages should take it off the CPanel.

Thanks,
Federico

Hey Jwink, that's what Federico said he would do was try Horde (look at his post above).  Wink  Personally, though, I like SquirrelMail.
