Created a mailing list this morning through webmail, configured all the settings, added about 20 addresses and sent a couple of test posts but haven't received any messages from it yet and its been about 8 hours.

Am I doing something obviously wrong?  Any tips on troubleshooting?  Do I need to turn on mailman somewhere?
