I have found an entity that "retails" MXlogic spam filtering.  Through another service, I have the same company's MS Exchange and Blackberry BES service, and I've grown to like the virus and spam  filtering available through MXlogic.

I have tried to set up MX logic on my Lunarpages email, but without success.  I have the nameserver managed by Lunarpages with the MX record pointed to MXlogic.  MXlogic, in turn, points back to the domain name ("alunardomain.us") for redelivering the filtered email.

It doesn't work.  I've just changed the redelivery address to "mail.alunardomain.us" to see if that might work.

The error message looks like:

The change in MX record for redelivery to  "mail.alunardomain.us" did NOT work.

Have you tried turning authentication off in your email client?

I don't have an email client that's triggering this.  It seems to be the connection back from MXlogic to the Lunarpages MX that triggers this.

Lunarpages used MXlogic for a period of time -- I was hoping some of the former users or Lunarpages staff might offer some insights.

Any new experience with MXlogic email spam scanning, and linking it to Lunarpages?
