I'm not sure if they would be willing to check, but if they are, you may want to try asking them if they received any bounced email messages when sending to you.  The bounced email message would normally provide details about the cause of the issue.  Did you try testing this with other email addresses?  Does it only occur with the ones you mentioned?  You may want to submit a ticket to support for further assistance with this issue.
