Hi,

I am having difficulty logging into my email. When I try to get into email by going to www.mysite.com/webmail, I get a blue screen that says:
Detecting your internet connection.......

There are 2 selections:

1) If you are not behind a firewall that blocks port 2095 Enter Here
2) If you are behind a firewall and cannot connect to port 2095 Enter Here

Clicking on either one will give you a Page not found error.  Confused

Any help with this matter is deeply appreciated.

It really sounds like you have a firewall that is blocking port 2095 completely, keeping you from accessing it directly.

Do you have a firewall?  zonealarm? Norton?

These are the 3 most common causes.

Have you tried accessing via https://Domainname:2096 ?  This may result in a mismatch error, but you should be able to accept the certificate or continue.

If you can provide your domain name or the server you are on, may be able to provide further urls to try.
