I enabled SpamAssassin and I enabled spam box... where do the spam messages go and how do i access them?

They go into a spam subfolder associated with the account that the spam was destined for.  You need to use a mail client set up for IMAP protocol or a webmail program that does the same, such as Horde.  The spam folder will only appear for the first time once something is flagged as spam.
