I rarely have a complaint about LP but for the last several weeks, webmail (squirrelmail and horde) on Aries has either been dead slow, or returning error messages saying that there was a problem with the IMAP connection. Support seems baffled by this and their most recent suggestion was to move me to another server, to which I replied that that was about the same as living in an apartment building with a broken elevator and the landlord telling you to move to another building if you don't like waiting.

I'm not doing anything different than I have for the past five or so years that I've been with LP so it's obviously a server issue. Anyone else seeing this?
