Any idea why certain files ALWAYS appear to be in "conflict", and want to upload to the server every time I publish? (I'm the only one editing my site, and NOTHING should be changing in these dirs)

You might try manually deleting the files from the server then re-publishing.

* Above the design window click the Web Site tab.

* Below the desing window click the remote Web Site tab.

* Log in then on the right side delete the files from the remote site.

Thanks, got it resolved. (had to actually delete the local files, then replace them with the ones on the server)
