I have a site up and running and am unable to get my forms to email out.  I've configured the form correctly - the data gets saved to a file with no problem - but no email shows up.  I've verified the settings twice but still can't see the problem.

Can anyone help?   Confused

You might try emailing to several email addresses (put a comma between the addresses) because the recipient's spam filter at the ISP may be blocking the email. For example, if I on my Hotmail account turn on the junk mail filter I never see the emails from the form. Mailing to a different email address may work.

Thanks, Rick, but that's not the issue.  I am emailing myself and my ISP doesn't filter my spam.  I do filter my spam when I receive it, but have been watching for the message.  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi EeyoreMCSE,

Would you like to provide the page in question with the form so that we can look at it?  Just because the data gets saved does not mean that the form is correctly configured since data submission and an email generation are 2 separate coding events.  Next, is the form in any way associated with Sharepoint services?  I simply wondered because those aren't supported on Linux servers, and if it is Sharepoint, it will not work.

Thanks

Okay, you can all just call me stupid!  Rick's post suggesting I try a different email address in the form submission started me thinking.  I was having some DNS problems around the time I was testing this form.  I also verified that some of my mail was not getting to me.  That problem had been resolved but I realized that I never tested the form again!   Embarassed   The forms are working now.  Thanks for everyone's help, though.
