I am using Web Expression which tells me to use Front Page Extensions when saving a form page.  I called lunarpages to see how to install the extensions because I'm on a Windows not Linux server.  But Web Exp tells me that they are still not installed.  Unlike accessing the CPanel on a Linux based LunarPage server....I have the other one - I don't understand.  I just want my form to email me results.  Nothing works.  I HATE WEB EXPRESSION!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
Someone tell me something that will put me out of my misery.
