I use Frontpage 2002 at my site www.n2backpacking.com.  I have set frames on the top, side (for navagation), and bottom of the page.  The top frame has my logo and an advertisement and looks great with Internet Explorer when the browser is in default mode with the window fully displayed.  However, when the window is shrunk (for whatever reason) the logo and advertisement stack up on top of each other.  This doesn't happen with the main page and text just the top and bottom frames.  Is there a way to force the frames to display items horizonally regardless of the size of the window?  Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks,

BirdShooter

You can force the window not to shrink more narrow than a preset width by using a spacer GIF image and size it to the width you want. A spacer image is just a one pixel high image that is set to be transparent. That way it doesn't show.

Many people set the spacer width to 778 because that's the widest that will fit an 800x600 maximized desktop. Any wider than 778 and your 800x600 viewers will have a horizontal scroll bar.
