Is there some way to create a link button that, when hovered (via mouse), causes a menu to appear? (the menu itself would just be a small html page) Kind of like the tooltip windows in MMORPG's... you hover over an item or something, and a window appears, until you move away. In this case, though, the tooltip window would be an actual HTM page loaded from somewhere, and I wouldn't want it to disappear until the mouse moves away from IT, not the hover-link that spawned it.

Is this doable? (I'm not a coder, so I'm not wondering HOW to do it yet exactly - a programmer would tackle that part - I just want to know IF it's doable, and by what means. In other words, Javascript? Ajax? Etc, etc...)
