Dear all

I finally manage to make my web work properly, and solved almost all problems. The help I got here was valuable.!!!!
I have been using FP, though I think i will have to change sooner or later to Dreamweaver...anyway

The only problem still is that within the search engines and when my web is open, the tab of it, instead of having the name of the webpage that is open , it has the New Page 0, or New Page 2,..etc....

Why is that, do I need to configure sth. in F, or where so to have that set properly?

I think you are talking about the information located in the <title> tag. You will need to edit the text within the tag.

Thanks wektech,

you are very right,..but I go to FP, open the page , edit> quick tag edit> edit tag . I place the correct name which I want on the tab, ..save and publish again, but nothing changes.
again New Page 2,...I probably do sth. wrong.

Could you see any mistakes??what do I do wrong?
is there an other way?, maybe also for all the web?..not in every page separately??

I am not famililar with FP but found this that may help

In FrontPage, editing TITLE tags is simple. Right mouse button click on a clear area of a page while in "Normal" mode and select "Page properties'. Simply complete the field that states "Title". Click OK and you're done.
